Larry Todd’s delightful Rat and Dinosaurs Playing Cards (1998 to 2002?) is an evolutionary caution tale. The crafty rat wins everything, but the dinosaurs keep playing until they are driven to extinction. Todd is also known as underground cartoonist Dr. Atomic. The mural was located at Gilman and 10th Streets until the building was demolished.
